Friedrich Wilhelm Martens

Friedrich Wilhelm Martens (* around 1795, † 1861 ) was a German administrative officer and parliamentarian.

Life

Friedrich Wilhelm Martens studied law at the University of Greifswald from 1813 and became a member of the Corps Pomerania Greifswald . After completing his studies, he entered the Prussian civil service and became a district judicial officer in Allenstein . In 1841 he became the district administrator of the district Allenstein appointed. He held the office until his death in 1861.

From 1849 to 1858 he sat in the Prussian House of Representatives , from 1849 to 1852 as a member of the constituency of Königsberg 6 in the right wing and from 1852 to 1858 as a member of the constituency of Königsberg 7 in the von Arnim faction.
