Fritz Clarfeld

Fritz Clarfeld (born April 17, 1886 in Hemer , † 1935 in Hemer) was a German industrialist and politician ( DNVP ).

Life

After graduating from secondary school in Iserlohn , Clarfeld studied mechanical engineering at the technical universities in Hanover and Charlottenburg . In Hanover he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Hanover . Later he was the owner and managing director of the company Clarfeld & Springmeyer Neusilberwaren-Fabrik on the Hedhof in Hemer.

Clarfeld was mayor of Hemer from 1919 to 1929 . In 1921 he was elected for the German National People's Party (DNVP) as a member of the Prussian state parliament, of which he was a member until 1928.
