Fritz Taussig (* 1906 ; † October or November 1944 in Auschwitz ) was a Czechoslovak football player .
Career
Taussig belonged to the Jewish-German football club DFC Prague , for which he was a goalkeeper in Gau West, as one of seven Gau, in the championships organized by the ČSAF , the umbrella organization of the national minority associations in Czechoslovakia, from 1930 to 1934 came and won the championship in Bohemia three times in a row .
He was deported to Auschwitz on October 1, 1944, and died there shortly afterwards in a concentration camp .
