The 2021 West Asian Football Championship (officially 2021 WAFF Championship ) will be the tenth edition of the tournament and should take place in the United Arab Emirates from January 2 to 15, 2021 . It was postponed indefinitely in June 2020. The United Arab Emirates will host the competition for the first time.
For the first time in history, all twelve members of the West Asian Football Federation (WAFF) will play for the title of West Asian Champion . The defending champion is Bahrain .
