The Radio Equipment Act ( FuAG ) regulates basic requirements for radio equipment as well as information and registration obligations for dealers and manufacturers and implements Directive 2014/53 / EU into German law. Radio systems that are used by radio amateurs on ships or on board aircraft are excluded from the regulation . Test modules and radio systems that are used for public safety purposes are also excluded .
