Fujio Yamamoto ( Japanese 山 本 富士 雄 , Yamamoto Fujio ; born May 27, 1966 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Yamamoto learned to play soccer on the school team at Odawara High School and the university team at Tsukuba University . He signed his first contract with Mitsubishi Motors in 1990 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, Mitsubishi Motors became Urawa Reds . For the club, he completed five first division games. In 1993 he moved to the second division NKK SC . For the club he completed 14 games. In 1994 he moved to the first division club Bellmare Hiratsuka . In 1994 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . For the club, he completed 27 first division games.
