Fujishiro Seiji
Fujishiro Seiji ( Japanese 藤 城 清 治 ; born April 17, 1924 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese silhouette artist. He is known as the inventor of the character Keroyon, a green frog. He comes from Tokyo and now lives there in the Meguro district . He is under contract with the Japanese talent agency Horipro . There are currently (as of November 2017) six permanent exhibitions of his works in Japan.

- 1989: Medal of Honor on the Violet Ribbon awarded by the Tennō
- 1995: small order of the rising sun with rosette
