Fulgence Ouedraogo (born July 21, 1986 in Ouagadougou , Burkina Faso ) is a French rugby union player . He plays as a winger for Montpellier and the French national team .
Ouedraogo made his debut for France as a substitute against the All Blacks in June 2007. He was not considered for the squad for the World Cup . He had previously won the age group World Cup with the U21 team. Like the national players François Trinh-Duc and Louis Picamoles, he comes from the Montpelliers youth academy, from which some debutants emerged under the new national coach Marc Lièvremont .
Ouedraogo was part of the national team at the Six Nations 2008 and November international games of the year and was also nominated for the Six Nations 2009 , where he came to three missions and scored one attempt .
