Six Nations 2008 was the ninth edition of the annual Six Nations rugby union tournament . Fifteen games took place on five weekends from February 2 to March 15, 2008 . Tournament winner was Wales , which reached the Grand Slam for the tenth time with victories against all other participants , and also the Triple Crown with victories against all British teams .

As the Lansdowne Road stadium in Dublin was not available due to renovation work, the Irish games were played in Croke Park as in 2007 .

Wales won the Six Nations in 2008 with the Grand Slam and Triple Crown
