Six Nations 2004 was the fifth edition of the annual Six Nations rugby union tournament , in which national teams from England , France , Ireland , Italy , Scotland and Wales competed.

On five weekends from February 14th to March 27th 2004, 15 games took place. Tournament winner was France , which reached the Grand Slam for the eighth time with victories against all other participants , while Ireland achieved the Triple Crown with wins against all British teams .
