Five Nations 1999 was the last edition of the annual Five Nations rugby union tournament, which was expanded the following year with the addition of Italy to Six Nations . Ten games took place on five weekends between February 6 and April 11, 1999 . Tournament winner was Scotland , thanks to a better point difference.

Wales played their home games at London's Wembley Stadium , as the traditional venue, Cardiff Arms Park , had been demolished in 1997 for the construction of the Millennium Stadium .
