Six Nations 2006 was the seventh edition of the annual Six Nations rugby union tournament . On five weekends from February 4 to March 18, 2006, 15 games took place. France won the tournament thanks to the better points ratio, while Ireland managed the Triple Crown with victories against all British teams .
