After the exclusion of France in 1932, the Five Nations rugby union tournament (now the Six Nations ) continued as the Home Nations Championship with four British teams until 1939 . The tournament of 1934 took place between January 20th and March 17th. The tournament winner was England , which won the Triple Crown with victories against all other participants .
