The 1925 edition of the annual Five Nations rugby union tournament ( Six Nations since 2000 ) took place between January 1st and March 27th. The tournament winner was Scotland , which made it to the Grand Slam for the first time with victories against all other participants , and the Triple Crown with victories against all British teams . The Scots played their home games for the first time in the traditional venue, the Murrayfield Stadium .
