Fulgor

The comic series Fulgor, the space flier by the Italian draftsman Augusto Pedrazza , was published by Walter Lehning Verlag in Hanover from September 1953 to July 1954 . 48 booklets in piccolo format black and white with a colored cover picture were delivered. The price of the piccolos at that time was DM 0.20. The current collector's price is between 24.00 and 750.00 euros per piece in condition 1 (according to the 2010 comic price catalog )

In 1953, Akim and Fulgor by Augusto Pedrazza and the copywriter Roberto Renzi published the first piccolo comics in Germany.

After discovering flying saucers, Fulgor meets aliens from the planet Mars. The Minoris become his friends, the Majoris are hostile to him. An ingenious multifunctional belt helps him with his difficult missions, which can also emit a death ray, the so-called BETA ray, when two buttons are pressed at the same time.

Emphasis

In the series Nick - Pioneer of Space , volumes 86 to 111, the adventures under the title Blitz - Adventure in Space were reissued by Lehning-Verlag in the 1960s. Blitz is the German translation of the Latin Fulgor .

The series has so far been reprinted three times by Norbert Hethke Verlag :

  • 1978–1979 in the original format
  • 1993 in five bound books, these however in four colors
  • 1999 in the original format
