Furuya Kiyoshi

Furuya Kiyoshi ( Japanese 古谷 清 ; * 1878 ; † 1945 ) was a Japanese officer, most recently lieutenant general and member of the Inter-Allied Control Commission ( IMKK ) of the victorious powers of the First World War in the German Empire .

From 1918 to 1919 he was a military attaché in Russia and in 1919 became a member of the General Staff. Furuya then headed the Japanese delegation to the IMKK. From 1930 he was chief of the Japanese Army Air Force and was retired from the military in 1931.
