Fury 325 is a steel roller coaster from the manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard , which opened on March 28, 2015 in the US Amusement Park Carowinds ( Charlotte , North Carolina ). With a height of 99 meters, it is currently the highest Gigacoaster with a conventional chain lift in the world. Due to this altitude, the trains will be accelerated to a top speed of 153 km / h on the 2012 meter long route. The last rail element was installed on January 30, 2015 and the first test drive was completed on March 4. Since then, the roller coaster has been in the test phase. The opening of the lift took place on March 28, 2015.

The number 325 in the name of the track refers to its height because the track is 325 feet high. (1 foot = 0.3048 m)

Trains

Three trains with eight cars each are used on the Fury 325 . Each car has a row of seats with four seats, so that a train can seat 32 passengers. Lap bars are used as a restraint system. The ferry passengers must be at least 1.37 m tall to be allowed to ride.
