Gerard Hophra
Gérard Hophra (born August 20, 1989 in Liège ) is a Belgian road cyclist.
Gérard Hophra began his career in 2009 with the Belgian Continental Team Lotto-Bodysol . In his first year there he was second in the road race of the U23 class at the provincial championship in Liège . The next year he drove for the amateur team Royal Cyclists Pesant Club Liège. Here he was ninth in the Memorial Philippe Van Coningsloo and second in the U23 time trial of the Belgian championship behind the winner Jonathan Breyne . In the 2011 season he was the road race champion of Liège Province. He also won the prologue in the Polish stage race Carpathia Couriers Paths .
