Jonathan Breyne (born January 4, 1991 in Menen ) is a Belgian track and road cyclist .

In 2008, Jonathan Breyne won the overall ranking at the junior race Keizer der Juniores Koksijde. The next year he won a stage each at the Ster van Zuid-Limburg, the Cup of Grudziadz Town President and the Trophée Center Morbihan. He also won the individual time trial and the road race of the Hainaut provincial championship in the junior class. Breyne has been riding for the Belgian Qin Cycling Team since 2010 . In his first year there he won a stage at the Ronde van Vlaams-Brabant and he won the U23 time trial at the provincial championships and the Belgian national championships.

After the UCI World Cycling Association announced in December 2013 that Breyne had tested positive for the doping agent Clenbuterol on the Tour of Qinghai Lake , he tried to kill himself with an overdose of sleeping pills, but was able to leave the hospital after one night of observation .
