Gérard Patté is a former French racing car driver .

Racing career

Gérard Patté was active in monoposto and sports car racing with interruptions in the 1970s and 1980s . He drove in Formula Renault and for several years in the French Formula Ford Championship . In addition to intervening in national touring car race on a Alfa Romeo GTA , he played in 1984 for Welter Racing the 24-hour race at Le Mans . His partners in the WM P83 B were Roger Dorchy and Alain Couderc . The mission ended prematurely after a gearbox damage to the emergency vehicle.
