Günter Schimann

Günter Schimann incorrectly also spelled Günter Schiemann , (born November 29, 1925 in Dresden , † after 1975) was a German actor on the stage and television.

Live and act

Schimann received an acting education in his hometown Dresden. Immediately after 1945 he worked at theaters in Kassel, Remscheid and Hanover. After that he worked as a freelancer, mainly taking on piece contracts and touring with “Der Grüne Wagen”. Schimann stood in front of the camera for the first time at the age of 40, followed by various other television productions in the next decade, in which Schiemann played small roles throughout. Günter Schiemann was temporarily married to colleague Karin Heym .
