Günther Schäfer (politician)

Günther Schäfer (born November 23, 1957 in Vaihingen / Enz ) is a German entrepreneur and politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ).

After graduating from high school, Schäfer studied history, politics and sociology at the technical high school in Bietigheim-Bissingen . In 1989 he received his doctorate from the University of Hamburg . Then he founded a fruit cider factory in Radolfzell-Stahringen .

From 1992 to 1994 Schäfer was a member of the board of the Konstanz district association of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen. In 1994 he was elected to the district council of the district of Constance . From 1996 to 2001 he was a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg , where he represented the second mandate for constituency 56 of Constance .
