Günther Stolte

Günther Stolte (born March 31, 1927 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

The defender Stolte played for Arminia Bielefeld . With the Arminia in 1949 he made it to the first-class Oberliga West at the time . In the 1949/50 season , Stolte came to 28 missions in which he remained without a goal and could not prevent the direct relegation of Bielefeld. Then he played with Arminia in the II. Division West , where he was used a total of 77 times until 1954, but could not score any goals here either. Whether Stolte continued to play for the club after relegation in 1954 is unknown. From 1957 Stolte worked as a player- coach at SpVgg Fichte Bielefeld and promptly rose with the team in the then third-class Association League Westphalia .
