Gütersloh indoor masters

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Gütersloher Hallenmasters are a women's indoor football tournament for B juniors that is held in the East Westphalian city of Gütersloh . The organizer is FSV Gütersloh 2009 . The game is played once for 10 minutes.

The tournament is the largest German indoor tournament for B-Juniors and is viewed as the unofficial German indoor championship. Many junior teams of the first and second division with selected players from the national associations and U15 to U17 national players of women's football take part in the tournament, as there are no other direct comparison matches in the youth field to this extent. A qualification tournament has been held in advance since 2008, and the top two teams receive a starting place for the Gütersloh indoor masters. International youth teams are also regularly at the start.

history

The Gütersloh Indoor Masters took place for the first time in 2000, hosted by the women's department of FC Gütersloh 2000 . The tournament was first played as an Advent Cup, from 2005 onwards as a 2-Pack Cup after a sponsor, and since 2008 it has operated under the Gütersloher Hallenmasters .
