GEOPAC
The product line GEOPAC is one geodetic CAD software to plan and track alignment of new construction and repair work, as well as built documentation with railway traffic, including associated technical disciplines (eg., Signal systems, stations and depots) in rail-based public transport ( public transport ).
Various local transport companies with underground and tram networks as well as engineering offices active in surveying and traffic route planning use the GEOPAC product line. In addition, GEOPAC is also used by rail and rail vehicle manufacturers.

The GEOPAC product line is developed and sold by GEO DIGITAL GmbH. The GmbH is based in Düsseldorf . GEO DIGITAL GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of IB&T Software GmbH, Norderstedt .
conditions
The GEOPAC modules are available across operating systems based on the 3D CAD systems EliteCAD (for MS Windows , including Windows 7, Windows 8.x and Windows 10) and LinCAD (for openSUSE ) from XEOMETRIC GmbH. The two CAD systems are completely data and structure compatible with one another. Both stand-alone and network solutions are possible. Current versions are GEOPAC for EliteCAD V14 and GEOPAC for LinCAD V5.8x.
The CAD400 CAD system, which was previously used on Unix workstations , was later continued as LinCAD for Linux PCs and is now being successively replaced by EliteCAD for Windows PCs.
