GE Corporate Financial Services ( GE CFS ) offers solutions for asset based (factoring / leasing) and cash flow based lending (leveraged finance). The company is headquartered in Stamford , Connecticut , USA. It is part of GE Commercial Finance , one of six divisions of the American company General Electric .

GE CFS in Germany

GE CFS has taken over leasing companies Disko and ASL from KG Allgemeine Leasing , one of the largest German leasing companies.

DISKO is a leasing company from Düsseldorf with around 360 employees who have over 18,000 customers in 17 areas. The leasing volume is around 1.8 billion euros.

ASL Auto Service Leasing GmbH was founded in Munich in 1969. It has 8 regional offices with 320 employees who look after over 1,300 commercial car salesmen. Over 54,000 cars with a leasing volume of over 1.1 billion euros are managed.

In addition to leasing activities, the leveraged finance division is another mainstay of GE CFS in Germany. He deals with the debt financing of corporate takeovers and is legally represented by GE Corporate Finance Bank SAS, Frankfurt am Main branch. Further European offices in the leveraged finance sector are located in London, Paris, Milan and Amsterdam.

GE CFS is also represented in Germany by GE Capital Bank AG. GE Capital Bank AG is a leading provider of factoring and asset based lending in Germany.
