GHOST-Bikes is a German bicycle manufacturer based in Waldsassen , Upper Palatinate.

history

The Upper Palatinate company was founded in 1993 by two friends Uwe Kalliwoda and Klaus Möhwald in the garage at home and has developed over the years into a global company with over 150,000 bicycles produced annually. GHOST-Bikes was taken over by the Dutch Accell-Group in 2008 .

Products

In 2020, the product portfolio will consist of 180 models divided into 20 product families. The focus is on sporty mountain bike fullys (full suspension mtb's), e-bikes , urban and trekking bikes .

Sponsorship

Since the company was founded, GHOST has always been involved in professional cycling and has supported various athletes. Sabine Spitz won the 2008 Olympic Games in Cross Country on a GHOST bike. In 2020 GHOST supports the following athletes:
