As a corner development at the intersection of Bungt-, Gabelsberger- and Hardterbroicher Straße, the building dominates a small, triangular square.
Two-storey plastered building on an irregular floor plan with an extended mansard roof . Designed as a corner building with two corner formation.
The building, which is still used today in its original function as a restaurant and residential building, documents in its entirety - with enclosure wall, patio and beer garden - the type of rural garden restaurant as it developed around 1900.
