Gabriel Sorin Pop

Gabriel Sorin Pop (born June 3, 1983 ) is a Romanian racing cyclist .

Gabriel Sorin Pop won the bronze medal in the U23 road race at the Balkan Championships in Karditsa, Greece in 2002 . In 2005 Pop was banned for two years after the judgment of the International Court of Sports because he did not appear for the doping control at the Tour of Hellas . After his doping ban, he became Romanian runner-up in the individual time trial in 2008 . At the 2009 championships in Izvoru Mureșului , he won the road race and individual time trial titles.
