Gabriella Carlucci
Gabriella Carlucci (born February 28, 1959 in Alghero ) is an Italian TV presenter and politician. She is the sister of Milly Carlucci and Anna Carlucci . Since 1994 she has been a member of the Forza Italia party founded by Silvio Berlusconi (since 2009 Popolo della Libertà ), for which she has held a seat in the Italian parliament since 2001 . Since 2010 she has been the mayor of the Apulian municipality of Margherita di Savoia .
Gabriella Carlucci, extremely popular in Italy, was an ardent admirer of Berlusconi, in whose TV channels she had made a career. At the beginning of November 2011, she was one of around 20 Berlusconi loyalists who turned away from the controversial prime minister at the last minute and thus accelerated the end of his career. She joined the opposition Christian Democratic Center Union.
