Gaius Antistius Vetus (Republic)
Gaius Antistius Vetus was a Roman politician during the outgoing republic. He dressed in 70 BC The office of praetor . 69, possibly not until 68 BC. He was a propaetor in the province of Hispania ulterior . Here he was the superior of Gaius Julius Caesar , who served as quaestor under him . He later gave his own son, who later became the consul consul Gaius Antistius Vetus , to Caesar's care.
