Galina Wladimirowna Lichatschowa ( Russian Галина Владимировна Лихачёва ; born July 15, 1977 in Sverdlovsk ) is a Russian speed skater .

Galina Lichatschowa is an all-rounder specializing in long distances. Since the Heerenveen World Cup in November 1998, she has competed in the World Cup. It took her a long time to establish herself among the best in the world. It was not until November 2005 at her home World Cup in Moscow that she was among the top 10 for the first time (10th place over 1500 meters). In 2004 she became Russian champion over 3000 meters and was three times runner-up and third in Russian championships. She celebrated her greatest successes in the team run with the Russian team.
