The Gamoneu or Gamonedo is a fat cheese from cow's milk in the municipalities of Onís and Cangas de Onis in the autonomous region of Asturias is made. It has been a product of protected origin since 2008 .

Due to the maturation in caves, blue mold develops in the outer layers .
