Curtain money

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The term curtain fee or curtain flat rate is a general term for the reimbursement of moving costs by employers, employers or owners.

payment

It can be paid, for example, in the event of a job change, transfer, relocation or demolition of residential buildings. Payment can be made at a flat rate, which is more manageable than if the individual forwarding invoices are accepted. But there is still the original, possibly additional, curtain fee paid per window or per square meter for the replacement of the curtains that were previously very complex and expensive. Curtain money was also paid when the government moved from Bonn to Berlin.

receiver

The subject of the current case law is the curtain fee for Hartz IV recipients. The social court in Münster confirmed their entitlement to new curtains after moving, if those from the previous apartment cannot be used.
