The Garnet Hill (English for Garnet Hill ) is a 230 m high hill in the south of Signy Iceland in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands . It rises up on the east flank of McLeod Glacier and forms the southern end of a series of rocks and ice cliffs that separate McLeod Glacier from Orwell Glacier .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey named it in 1947 when it was surveyed after the grenades they found here.
