The house is in the ensemble-protected area of ​​the Wegbach settlement and was built in 1782 by the city architect Johann Friedrich Knoll for Friedrich Jakob Bilgram. This is evident from an inscription above the portal, above which a nose shield shows a golden hare. The three-storey, five-axis house has a mansard roof . A single-storey dwelling with a curved gable is located above the three central axes . Two of the arched windows on the ground floor have simple bars. The door with brass handles from the time of construction is curved. There is a coat of arms stone above the portal. The gate passage is flat barrel vaulted .
