Gaston Gibéryen

Gaston "guest" Gibéryen (born June 29, 1950 in Born an der Sauer , Mompach ) is a Luxembourg trade unionist, politician and ADR member .

Life

Gaston Giberyén is a co-founder of the ADR , which initially called itself "Aktiounskomitee 5/6" (German Action Committee 5/6). For the ADR he has been a member of the South since 1989 in the Chambre des Députés . He is also the parliamentary president of the ADR. He was also chairman of his party from 1987 to 1989.

From January 1, 1976 to December 31, 1981 he was a lay judge in the Frisingen municipal council . From January 1, 1982 to November 25, 2005 he was mayor . On May 13, 2006 he was appointed honorary mayor. His daughter Tania Giberyén finally took over the lay jury mandate. For the MP Fernand Kartheiser , she also renounced her MP in the Chambre des Députés .

As a trade unionist of the neutral trade union Lëtzebuerg (German neutral trade union Luxembourg) he was its chairman from November 26, 1989 to April 12, 2003.
