The memorial stone for the expellees is intended to commemorate the expulsion of the Germans from 1945 to 1950. It is owned by the city of Bergisch Gladbach . Since August 1990 it has been located in the south-eastern part of the Bergisch Gladbach Forum Park, Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis .

In 1956 the memorial stone was first erected and inaugurated as a memorial on the main street. Since 1978 it has been on the corner of Hauptstrasse and Paasweg.

The memorial stone of displaced consists of a circular plate, which on a in quarry stone is brick, winding base. The outer edge of the plate shows the coats of arms of the former German Eastern Territories .
