The GeesthachtMuseum! is a local history museum in the Kruger House in Geesthacht , Duchy of Lauenburg . The exhibits deal with the settlement history and economic history of the city, and there are also art exhibitions.
The content points include the glassworks, the Alfred Nobel dynamite works , and Depesche GmbH ( Diddl ). The energy industry also shapes Geesthacht as the location of the Krümmel nuclear power plant and several research reactors. The Kruger House is the oldest still preserved half-timbered house in Geesthacht.
