Hazardous Goods Ordinance See (GGVSee)
The ordinance on the transport of dangerous goods by seagoing vessels (Dangerous Goods Ordinance See - GGVSee) regulates the transport of dangerous goods by seagoing vessels. The current GGVSee goes back to the new version of November 4, 2003 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 2286 ).

Hazardous Goods Ordinance on Road, Rail and Inland Shipping (GGVSEB)
The ordinance on the domestic and cross-border transport of dangerous goods by road, rail and inland waterways (Hazardous Goods Ordinance on Road, Rail and Inland Shipping - GGVSEB) of June 17, 2009 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 1389 ) resolved the " Hazardous Goods Ordinance Road and Rail - GGVSE "and the" Hazardous Goods Ordinance Inland Shipping - GGVBinSch ".

The Ordinance on Exceptions to the Regulations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (Hazardous Goods Exception Ordinance - GGAV 2002) of November 6, 2002 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 4350 ), last amended by Article 2 of the Ordinance of February 20, 2019 ( Federal Law Gazette I Pp. 124, 137 ) contains general exceptions to

- the Dangerous Goods Ordinance See of February 9, 2016 ( BGBl. 2016 I p. 182 ).

Road and rail dangerous goods regulations
The ordinance on the domestic and cross-border transport of dangerous goods by road and rail (Hazardous Goods Ordinance Road and Railway - GGVSE) of December 11, 2001 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 3529 ) governed the national transport of dangerous goods by road and rail. The ordinance replaced the "Hazardous Goods Ordinance Railway - GGVE" and the "Hazardous Goods Ordinance Road - GGVS" or combined them into one legal norm. The European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) served as the basis . The last new announcement of the GGVSE comes from November 24, 2006 ( BGBl. I p. 2683 ). It was replaced by the GGVSEB or merged with it.
Hazardous Goods Ordinance on Roads (GGVS)
The last new announcement of the ordinance on the domestic and cross-border transport of dangerous goods by road (Hazardous Goods Ordinance Road - GGVS) is dated December 22, 1998 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 3993 , corrected Federal Law Gazette 1999 I p. 649 ). A first “Ordinance on the protection against damage caused by the transport of dangerous goods by road” came from July 23, 1970 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 1133 ). The GGVS was replaced by the GGVSE.
Railway Dangerous Goods Ordinance (GGVE)
The ordinance on the domestic and cross-border transport of dangerous goods by railways (Hazardous Goods Ordinance Railway - GGVE) was last amended with the new notice of December 22, 1998 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 3909 ). Its original version was dated August 23, 1979 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 1502 ). The GGVE was replaced by the GGVSE.
Dangerous Goods Ordinance in Inland Shipping (GGVBinSch)
The ordinance on the transport of dangerous goods on inland waters (Hazardous Goods Ordinance inland navigation - GGVBinSch) regulates the transport of dangerous goods on the Rhine , Moselle and all other navigable German inland waters . The GGVBinSch had its first synoptic forerunner in the "Ordinance introducing the ordinance on the transport of dangerous goods on the Rhine (ADN) and on the extension of this ordinance to the other federal waterways" of November 23, 1971 ( Federal Law Gazette I, p. 1851 ) . The last new version of the GGVBinSch is dated January 31, 2004 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 136 ). It merged with the GGVSE in the GGVSEB. The ordinances on the carriage of dangerous goods on the Rhine and on the carriage of dangerous goods on the Moselle ( Federal Law Gazette 2003 II p. 648 ) have ceased to be in force with effect from January 1, 2011.
