Against the flow is a best-of album by German singer Udo Lindenberg . It was released on May 5, 2006 by Sony Music BMG.
Many of the 22 songs on the album come from the last live album Ich Schwöre - Das voll Programm from 2001, as well as from Atlantic Affairs from 2002 and Der Panikpräsident from 2003. Some songs that were released in the 70s and 80s , were re-recorded for this album (e.g .: Sonderzug nach Pankow from 1983, Horizont from 1987, A Heart Can't Repair From 1991).
