A horned Kulah Khud is a helmet from Persia .

description

A horned Kulah Khud is a variant of the Indo-Persian helmet Kulah Khud . The Kulah Khud typically consists of a bowl-shaped helmet bell, a point on the top, a foldable nose iron and chain mesh attached to the edge of the helmet .

The horned Kulah Khud has metal, pointed horns attached to both sides. The surface of the front helmet is made in the shape of a face, which represents the pre-Islamic demon ( Persian Div) "Div-e-Sepid" (the white demon). This demon is the symbol of the heroic chivalry of the wearer.
