Architecture and history
The three-story house was built in 1912 by master mason Gustav Wienecke in Art Nouveau style. The facade is structured by pilaster strips and narrow cornices . The corner location of the house is emphasized by its own sloping building edge, so that the building ultimately has three street-side facades. The middle risalites on the façades are partly crowned with triangular gables. The building is covered by a mansard roof , although the roof area was changed at a later date.
Moll's shop on the ground floor of the house is used as a restaurant (as of 2016).
In connection with the neighboring houses built at the same time, the building is considered significant for the ensemble as a whole.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed under registration number 094 82243 as a monument .
