Attorney General Naumburg

The General Public Prosecutor's Office in Naumburg is one of twenty-four General Public Prosecutor's Offices in the Federal Republic of Germany and the only one in the state of Saxony-Anhalt . Its current director has been Jürgen Konrad since August 2001 .

The official seat is the listed building Theaterplatz 6 in Naumburg (Saale) in Saxony-Anhalt .

Responsibilities and structure

Around 2,232,000 people live in the Saxony-Anhalt area of ​​responsibility. This region is supported locally by public prosecutors in Dessau-Roßlau, Halle, Magdeburg and Stendal. Branch offices are in Naumburg and Halberstadt.
