The term generation head down (also generation head down , generation head down , head -down generation head-down generation , English head-down generation or head down generation ) describes the head posture with which many young people in particular in everyday life are on the move and have their eyes and attention primarily on an electronic device ( cell phone , smartphone or tablet ).

This behavior is always the cause of accidents. In this context, the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) started the campaign “Watch out for your line!”.
