The Geneva Lake or (official) Lake Geneva (name of Lake Geneva adopted) is a 21 km² large lake with a maximum depth of 41 m in Walworth County in the US state of Wisconsin .
The lake is located near the border with the US state of Illinois and is surrounded by the smaller lakes Lake Como , Delavan Lake and Petite Lake . Places on the lake are Lake Geneva at the east end of the lake, Williams Bay at the bay of the same name and Fontana-on-Geneva Lake at the west end of the lake. The only outflow is the White River . Big Foot Beach State Park is also on the shores of the lake .
