The Big Foot Beach State Park is a state park in Walworth County in the US state of Wisconsin .
It is located on the eastern shore of Geneva Lake . The driveway is one mile south of the city of Lake Geneva . The state park is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., year round.
etymology
The name "Big Foot" goes back to the Indian chief Chief Big Foot ( Potawatomi Maumksuck / Mmangzed , French Gros Pied ).
Hiking trails
Big Foot Beach State Park has eight kilometers of trails through woods and meadows. In addition to these short hiking trails, there is also a nature trail .
