Cooperative Register
The cooperative register is a public in Germany registers that over the legal status of a registered cooperative is (eG) information.
The legal basis in Germany is the cooperative law and the regulation on the cooperative register within the framework of register law . The registration process Acceleration Act 1993 created the legal possibility to lead the cooperative register in electronic form.
The register of cooperatives is kept at the local courts . The Rechtspfleger is functionally responsible . The founding contract for the establishment of a cooperative and legal changes must be submitted to the cooperative register for entry .
The cooperative register contains information about

- the seat and the object
- an obligation of the comrades to make additional payments
- the board
- the rules of representation
- Authorized signatories
- Opening, annulment or termination of bankruptcy proceedings
- Dissolution of the cooperative
- Expiry of the cooperative
