Geoffrey Farmer (* 1967 in Vancouver ) is a Canadian installation artist .

For the work The Last Two Million Years (2007) by Geoffrey Farmer, a series of cut-out images from a Reader's Digest of the same name became three-dimensional objects by presenting them on various types of pedestal. The Surgeon and the Photographer is a second work from the trilogy . Leaves of Grass (2012), the work shown at dOCUMENTA (13) , consisted of 16,000 figures that were cut out from Life magazine . Each photo was mounted on a blade of grass.
Farmer's installation A way out of the mirror was exhibited in the Canadian pavilion at the 57th Venice Biennale in 2017 .
Geoffrey Farmer was awarded the Be3Dimensional Innovation Fund together with Duane Linklater .
