Georg Christoph Hönn (born April 21, 1621 - January 1, 1674 ) was a Nuremberg merchant.

Georg Christoph Hönn was a son of the businessman Georg Hönn. His first marriage was to Clara Susanna Hönn, b. Schnabel (born January 21, 1625 in Nuremberg; † August 9, 1663 there). After her death he married Clara Sabina Hönn, geb. Gutthäter (born April 10, 1635 in Nuremberg; † February 6, 1665 ibid).
